Mary Beck, is an E-RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and NQA Certified Qigong Teacher. She has studied at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health where she was certified in Deep Sleep Yoga Nidra.
Brittney Garcilazo is a certified sound healer and Reiki Master. She has been practicing yoga for 24 years and believes all things in life should be balanced in harmony and acknowledged with love.
